Here are some pics of the 2006 Rod and Cone Car Show.
The show was organized by our Kansas member Stacey. Stacey put this show together for The Envision Kids Club, which is a club for blind and low vision children and teenagers that gives them an opportunity to experience things that they normally wouldn't get to and to make friends and socialize with others that are going through the same things.
The great thing about this is that the kids got to experience the show in a way they could connect with, "hands on".
Stacey got help from a local car club The Mulvane Marauders, out of south-central Kansas, and the kids were allowed to touch and feel the cars, the only way they can see.
